V. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The terms of use and other legal relationships, including all legal disputes arising therefrom, are governed - unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties - by substantive Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (CISG) and excluding the provisions of private international law.
